More than Food
Cooking was an essential part of my childhood and now I want to share it with the world. Cooking is my passion, my life, and I want to pass down the recipes that my grand-mother passed down to me. That is how A Taste of the Caribbean was conceived. With the very notion of bringing family together over food. This restaurant encapsulate my childhood and what family means to me Here are my family favorites.
Baked goods
all baked goods are made fresh daily by the owners daughter, all cupcakes, cookies, dough, and cakes this is the definition of a family business.
Pasta Salad
served chilled, our pasta salad is loaded with cucumbers, tomatoes, shredded carrots, red onions, broccoli, and corn. Don’t forget top it with any meat that you want seafood,chicken,and steak. This is in itself a meal.
Grandma's baked Mac & cheese
Deliciously rich and gooey,this backed Mac and cheese is creamy,comforting and PERFECT.
Fish
Some people aren’t even aware of how many ways fish can be prepared. You can have a fried steamed escovitch. The ways to have fish is endless with us.
